1. Develop strategic partnerships & new business channels
Identify strategic partnerships & drive the strategy for new partnership development for CarePlus and its family of brands;
Plan development strategies to enhance the relationship with existing Partners.
Achieve revenue targets from existing and new Partnership channels;
Negotiate, execute and monitor Partnership contract implementation and ensure that all commitments are fully delivered by both CarePlus and its partners;
Upon signing partnership contracts ensure professional deployment is achieved internally and externally; develop key baseline materials such as guidelines, SOPs, templates and checklists for partnerships; ensure internal dissemination and training online and offline to all necessary CarePlus and Partner staff;
Create and update general and specific presentation materials about CarePlus’s offering to partners;
Organize partnership signing ceremonies and related PR activities together with marketing;
Coordinate with marketing and operational teams to organize partner events;
Expand networks with new partners (according to each line of business, organizations and associations…)
Build up and follow up partnership distribution channels, including integration, B2B, B2C, B2B2C.
Proactively initiate and coordinate with partners in identifying, implementing, evaluating, identifying and meeting business opportunities.
Deal with all partners to ensure the best financial scheme and increase the brand coverage. 2. Coordination with other Divisions/functions:
Closely coordinated with Marketing teams & Sale department (Corporate + Retail), Insurance team, Operation Departments for the efficient implementation of partnership contracts. 3. Planning & organization:
Drive the achievement of Partnership Business Plan & Revenue targets as assigned;
Coach, train & support for related departments about new partnership and programs 4. Report:
Evaluate partnership and campaign performances with statistical reports;
Timely complete other reports as required by line manager; 5. Other office works as required by the Company
