Job Description

  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-potential clients in the mid- to high-income segment, including entrepreneurs, investors, public figures, and affluent individuals.
  • Leverage personal networks and partnerships with intermediaries (study abroad consultants, luxury real estate agents, aesthetic clinics, golf clubs, etc.) to access target clients.
  • Plan, propose, and actively participate in premium events, business seminars, and exclusive communities to expand the network and strengthen both personal and company & products brand.
  • Develop forecast plans and report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, including updates to the customer portfolio on the CRM system, and ensure monthly and annual targets are achieved.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey – from initial contact and consultation to appointment support, post-service care, and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (medical, clinic marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure a seamless, high-end service experience.
  • Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance service offerings, streamline processes, and improve overall customer experience based on market and client feedback.
  • Perform others tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or Public Relations.
  • 4–5 years of experience in high-end sales or consulting roles, ideally in industries such as life insurance, premium healthcare, study abroad services, or luxury real estate.
  • Strong and active personal network within affluent communities, including business professionals, brokers, study abroad consultants, aesthetics/ beauty/lifestyle influencers, and high-end social groups
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and trust-building skills.
  • Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and the ability to make a strong impression on high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong customer service mindset with flexibility, proactiveness, and a high sense of responsibility.
