Welcome and guide patients throughout their visit, including registration and assistance in finding the correct consultation room or treatment area.
Provide consultation and address inquiries about clinic policies, payment procedures, and available services and products.
Monitor and stay updated on pricing policies, promotional campaigns, and discounts for patients.
Promptly report any unusual incidents or specific requests to the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to uphold the professional image of the clinic.
Job Requirements
College or University Degree is preferred;
At least 1 to 2 years in Medical/Service/Receptionist
Good command of English (Must)
Strong communication skills;
Customer service orientation;
Well-organized and multi-tasking abilities;
Problem-solving skills;
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Capable of working overtime;
Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility
Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, and other work support software...);
