Assist in phone and online booking an appointment.
Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
Regist arriving patients and guide patients to the treatment rooms;
Support and guide patients to reach their examination room;
Handling the situation that arises by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
Performing cashier-related functions like updating the customer's prepaid account;
To know the workflow, policy, payment process and service products of the clinic inside out to advise patients about it when necessary;
Understanding pricing regulations and following promotional/discounting strategies;
To arrange and update the clinic’s status, daily check whether the additional patients can be examined;
Receiving phone calls from patients politely and thoughtfully;
Receives mail and handles them according to the process
Reads regularly information on the bulletin board, and other instructions.
Participate in courses and meetings.
Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager;
To know and follow all safety and emergency procedures;
Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Job Requirements
College or University Degree is preferred;
At least 1 to 2 years in Medical/Service/Reception
Good command of English (Must)
Strong communication skills;
Customer service orientation;
Well-organized and multi-tasking abilities;
Problem-solving skills;
Have the spirit of learning, working actively
Capable of working overtime;
Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility
Good use of office equipment (such as computers, printers, desk phones, and other work support software...);
