1. Arrival and Departure Services
- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures
- Arrange and guide transportations parking for guests as needed;
2. Concierge Desk Management
- Manage the concierge desk or area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and well-stocked with relevant information, brochures, and promotional materials
3. Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the establishment to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination of guest requests
4. Security and Safety
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by monitoring activities in the lobby or common areas, reporting any suspicious incidents, and coordinating with security personnel
5. Deliver to clinic or to home:
- Deliver samples to other clinics, medicine, invoice, medical report… delivery to customer’s home when needed
