Train and supervise employee productivity, ensuring the quality of customer service.
Write work procedures and training content for the team.
Ensure that employees meet performance expectations.
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their assigned tasks or duties.
Provide guidance to subordinate employees.
Assist in the development of training plans and conduct evaluations after employees are trained.
Handle complaints.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Job Requirements
Graduated College or bachelor’s degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
At least 2-4 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
