Job Description

  • Train and supervise employee productivity, ensuring the quality of customer service.
  • Write work procedures and training content for the team.
  • Ensure that employees meet performance expectations.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their assigned tasks or duties.
  • Provide guidance to subordinate employees.
  • Assist in the development of training plans and conduct evaluations after employees are trained.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated College or bachelor’s degree in commerce/Sales or equivalent;
  • At least 2-4 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within the Service, Insurance or health industry;
  • Experienced in Healthcare is an advantage;
  • Leadership;

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Professional appearance and attitude;
  • Proactive organizational skills;
  • Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic;
