Description

Welcome

The examiner comes to the reception counter, receives his / her number and waits if the clinic/hospital is crowded.

Provide information

Upon arriving at his or her sequence number, the examiner arrives at the reception and provides the following information:

Personal information:

  • Date of birth.
  • Sex.
  • The current address of residence.
  • Phone number.

Health information:

  • Current health condition or desired work item.
  • Appointment Form (if any).
  • Medical examination book (if any).

Receive Information

- Receptionist staff update patient information.

- Receptionist staff  provide the sequence number and guide the patients to proper room and floor

Examination

- The examiner comes to the clinic and waits for his/ her turn 

- Doctors clinical examine and diagnose

- Doctor appoint to take some clinical tests

- The examiner performs the tests, takes the results 

- Doctors receive results and diagnose:

  • Prescribe medication and make an appointment (or no) for a follow-up visit.
  • Indicate to hospitalize immediately

Payment

- Takes the diagnosis results to the checkout counter and makes payment.

- In case of paying by health insurance, the patient needs to present the card at the reception counter in advance.

2. Notice before going to a doctor

  • ID card or passport.

  • Insurance.

Particularly, in case it’s a baby, parents need to bring the baby's birth certificate to compare personal information.

You should find out which payment method is used at the clinic/hospital before the treatment. Patients can also refer to incentives to apply the most economical and convenient method for themselves.

If paying by insurance, the examiner needs to update the latest list of accepted insurers at the clinic/hospital. In addition, the examiner should also understand the items, which are not covered by insurance coverage. To search for this information, patients can access the website, fanpage, contact hotline, or directly send mail to that clinic/hospital.

2.3. Branches and working time

Some clinics/hospitals have multiple branches that reach to their customers easier. Therefore, if you want to use similar service items, you should search for the closest branch, their working hours, and their own phone number (if applicable).

2.4. Understand services clearly

2.5. Save time by booking an appointment in advance
