Job Description

  • Assists in the phone and online booking and reservations;
  • Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
  • Registers arriving patients and assign them to treatment rooms;
  • Provides directions and assistance to patients to reach their examination room;
  • Solves problems by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
  • Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to patient accounts;
  • Understand the workflow, policy, payment process, and service product of the clinic to advise patients about it when necessary;
  • Understands pricing regulations and follows discount strategy;
  • To arrange and update the clinic’s status, check whether the additional patient can be examined; 
  • Using proper telephone etiquette and discussing on phone with patients;
  • Receives mail and handle them according to the process
  • Reads regularly information on the bulletin board, and other instructions
  • Participate in courses and meetings.
  • Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager;
  • Knows and follows all safety and emergency procedures;
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Colleague or University Degree is preferred;
  • At least 1 to 2 years in Medical/Service/Recept

  • Strong communication and people skills;
  • Customer service orientation; 
  • Good organization and multi-tasking abilities; 
  • Problem – solving skills;
  • Have the spirit of learning, working actively
  • Capable of working overtime;
  • Having the spirit of teamwork and flexibility

Language

  • Good command of English or Japanese or Korean.

Computer 

  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, phone, computer,…);
