Consult the suitable product to customer and cooperate with other staff to enhance the experience customers at clinics
Be responsible for Senior Sales’s KPI.
Work directly and manage customer care, expand the customer segment to ensure KPIs achievement
Have the network or customer data to maximize the revenue.
Actively seek out new retail sales opportunities through activation, calling, networking and social media…;
Cooperate and implement the Event/ Seminar/ MRK activation. Follow up the data to achieve KPIs
Guide team member for the policy, process at clinic.
Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports as required by the Line Manager
Provide other report: Customer Satisfaction survey, Market survey,…
Other tasks as requirement by Line Manager
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Commerce/Sales or equivalent;
At least 1-2 years experience/track records in Sales – ideally within Service, Insurance or Healthcare Industry;
Skills

Excellent in communication skills;
A good deal of problems arise;
Excellent presentation;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Professionalism and integrity
