Job Description

  • Monitor and lead the clinic's legal strategy to promote and defend the clinic's matters.
  • Maintain appropriate clinic interactions with all staff and government agencies.
  • Advising the BOD and corporate departments on a variety of issues.
  • Research, update and update frequently the latest information on legislation for management levels and medical departments.
  • Responsible for the procedures relating to records such as the establishment, change of business locations, appraising and applying for a license to operate the clinic, approval of the scope of practice .. authorized to perform Radiation Therapy procedures.
  • Welcoming inspection and appraisal teams of the Department of Health and inspection teams from other state agencies (HCDC, CDC, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Natural Resources and Environment and Fire Protection,...)
  • Monitor compliance with current regulations of each professional field such as Radiation Safety, Fire Prevention, Environment, 24 criteria of polyclinics, approved the scope of practice...
  • Coordinate with the HR department to make a plan to:

- Occupational health checks for employees

- Annual training for on-demand or on-demand courses.

  • Manage and record legal documents/files.
  • Coordinating and consulting with the Purchasing Department and the Facilities Management Department on specialized equipment for each specialty, planning inspection and calibration annually or when it is due.
  • Manage record storage.
  • Responsible for the procedures relating to protecting brand protection and registration of products;
  • To draft, test, and legal control of documents, types of contracts, types of documents, and legal records of the company.
  • Perform other tasks according to the company’s business needs or as assigned by the division of the direct management and the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Medicine, Pharmacist
  • Experience in hospital or the clinic is an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude, careful, honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, and capable of long-term work;
  • Have the spirit of responsibility and teamwork, as well as high independent work;
  • Have excellent attention to detail to ensure all details are done correctly in the tasks you perform.
  • Analytical Skills: It is necessary to find the direction in solving the daily shortcomings;
  • Use English fluently, and flexibly.
  • Proficient in office computer: Ms Office, Ms Excel,…
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and well-organized.
