JOB DESCRIPTION:
1/ Learning & Development:
Analyze soft skills & management skills, training needs and plan training and L&D budget as well as suitable L&D programs.
Evaluate L&D options for employees, training outlines and materials according to the actual needs.
Coordinate with functional department heads for organizing internal technical/ functional training courses for internal staff.
Personally deliver some basic training and some specific activities such as team-building, etc.
Manage the CME requirements and programs for medical staff.
Manage the certification process of medical and some non-medical staff together with the Admin department.
Manage the online training library of CarePlus:
Ensure training materials are updated
Develop new online training materials
Coordinate with all departments to ensure each department has a comprehensive course library developed
Implement, monitor and follow training programs for each case in order to evaluate the quality of learning & development for manpower.
Design, conduct, manage and develop training programs and company development activities; inclusive of logistics.
Study and propose solutions to improve the quality of training.
Maintain a training record/ database for necessary tracking & reports.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team and HR Manager.
In charge of on-boarding and induction programs and processes for new employees together with the TA specialist.
Work closely with department heads to evaluate training results, efficiency, and experience of staff after each course and activity.
2/ Cultural Organizational Development:
Maintain a good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment.
Planning, executing internal activities on special occasions to gather and warm-up all employees.
3/ Budget controlling:
Design, Supervise & Propose to get training budget assigned from BOD.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
At least 3-year experience in relevant areas, prefer candidates from hospital/ clinic/…
Bachelor degree in relevant majors;
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English);
Strong networking skills; energetic
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
Strong organizational and training skills;
Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects;
Be motivated and results driven;
Integrity and confidentiality.
Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
