Take care of patients, understand patients and their family's expectations to ensure the quality of patient care by the highest nursing standards;
Identify and plan for patient care requirements;
Implement general diagnostic procedures and diagnostic tests;
Observe and record the patient’s condition;
Build treatment plans; get Doctors’ advice on treatment;
Handle emergencies such as first aid, heart attack, traffic accident, burns, and wounds;
Manage medicine; assist doctors in tests or patient examinations;
Provide instructions to patients when needed;
Record patient care services in prescribed forms;
Manage medical equipment in the clinic;
Comply with regulations on disease prevention, medical and health safety standards;
Maintain relationships with health care groups by providing information exchange, building relationships, and participating in teamwork;
Establish a friendly working environment with colleagues and patients;
Maintain professional nursing standards by participating in related training courses, and professional associations/ groups.
Job Requirements
Nursing degree & practicing certificates;
1-2 years experience in Pediatric Nurse position;
Being hard, careful, enthusiastic, and caring for patients;
Medical skills, Infection Control, Nursing Skills, Physiological knowledge, Drug management;
Teamwork skills, Communication skills, Health care counseling skills.
Work efficiently in stressful situations and able to respond to challenging situations;
Computers and Ms Office software skills;
Good at communication in Englist is PLUS (Required for District 2 Clinic)
