Job Description

Grasp the operation process, understand Careplus products and services
Thorough understanding of marketing programs, examination packages, affiliate programs with banks, insurance companies...
Learn, consult, capture & book appointments for Customers including Corporate & Retail customers through channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo….
Coordinate with Front Office in taking care, answering questions, supporting, and improving customer satisfaction.
Handling customer complaints related to Careplus products and services.
Caring, supporting customers & contributing to improving service quality at the Clinic.
Perform some other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Leader.

Job Requirements

College Degree or above;
Experience in the Medical or Healthcare Industry is ideal;
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center;
Excellent Customer Service;
Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction-oriented;
Good Sales skills;
Computer literate, familiar with online booking, social media, or mobile apps;
Proficient in English is a plus;
Important: YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
