- Monitor and lead the clinic's legal strategy to promote and defend the clinic's matters.
- Maintain appropriate clinic interactions with all staff and government agencies.
- Advising the BOD and corporate departments on a variety of issues.

- Coordinate with the HR department to make a plan to:
- Occupational health checks for employees
- Annual training for on-demand or on-demand courses.
- Manage and record legal documents/files.
- Coordinating and consulting with the Purchasing Department and the Facilities Management Department on specialized equipment for each specialty, planning inspection and calibration annually or when it is due.
- Manage record storage.
- Responsible for the procedures relating to protecting brand protection and registration of products;
- To draft, test, and legal control of documents, types of contracts, types of documents, and legal records of the company.
