Care & support for Customers after visiting the Doctor, contributing to improving the service quality at the Clinic, increasing the customer's return rate
Actively contacting old customers to consult about products, services and promotions
Mastering the operation process, understanding Careplus products and services
Understand the medical condition & guide customers to monitor their health at home.
Care & contact customer re-examination.
Perform some other tasks as assigned by CS Leader
Job Requirements
College Degree or above.
Having knowledge of Medical is a must
Minimum 1-year experience as a Nurse
Excellent Customer Service.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction oriented.
Good Sales skills.
Important: YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
Proficient in English is a plus.
