Recruitment:
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
Training:
• Help organize and schedule training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and resources.
• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring they complete required training.

• Handle general administrative tasks of HR Department.

Graphic Design Intern
• Taking the photo at events
• Design artwork for social media.
• Can taking the video and edit on short video with effect for some social media.
Accountant Intern
• Weekly, separate the revenue from e-wallets and POS machine bank statements corresponding to the health check receipts of customers.
• Monthly, reconcile the collection fees with e-wallet partners
• Ensure the accuracy of revenue reconciliation from e-wallets between the Fast accounting software and the Flex clinic management software.)
IT Testing Intern
• The main responsibility is to test and find errors in interfaces and operating procedures.
• Support analysis of new features and writing instructions for using these features.
