Job Description
Build up the sales strategy, making a budget and action plan per month, quarter, and yearly.
Develop new customers, new markets, and new sale distribution.
Build new relationships and develop partnerships with retail customers.
Create and manage, evaluation all the activities to generate sale revenue & increase the number of clients.
Tracking, pushing sales, and reporting for the whole team of revenue.
Making planning to meet and close the deal to generate sale revenue for high packages.
Gather market information on the medical side and other industries.
Collaboration with another department in new products/ new programs.
Evaluate, train, and coach all the staff.
Job Requirements
Have 3 to 5 years of Retail sales management experience.
Skills in using technology and CRM software in management
Management skills.
Negotiation and presentation skills in English and Vietnamese languages.
Good user skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Able to work under pressure.
