Allocate, organize, and coordinate full-time and part-time staff to meet the needs of the clinics.
Provide assistance during high workload periods or when staff lack necessary skills.
Oversee and verify the implementation of specialized techniques, promoting adherence to regulations.
Handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and prepare reports and work plans as assigned.
Contribute to the development and documentation of procedural guidelines, and train technicians.
Manage and evaluate the performance of each employee.
Ensure the availability of medical equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
Monitor the usage and maintenance of assets, and request repairs for faulty equipment. Ensure safety concerning radiation, magnetic fields, and radioactive materials.
Inspect the setup of imaging rooms and changing rooms to comply with standards.
Ensure environmental hygiene, infection control, and occupational safety within the department.
Job Requirements
Graduated from University majoring in Radiologic Technology or higher.
Holds a professional certificate in Radiologic Technology; preference given to those with advanced certifications/degrees in Medical Imaging Technology/Medical Engineering.
Thorough understanding of MRI, CT, X-ray, Mammography.
Holds a Radiation Safety certificate.
Minimum of 3 years of management, set up team.
Proficient in computer usage.
Proficient in English language for work purposes (MUST)
