Job Description
Report daily;
Perform payments, and invoices to customers;
Close list of health checkup groups, check and export the records of the company's customers;
At the end of the work shifts in conducting payments, checking revenues, and entering cash funds;
Support for phone reception, instructions for threading for customers;
Collect retail customers, export invoices by customer request;
Performance of the cashier's related functions as charged to the patient's account;
Understanding of the process, and products of the clinic and advising patients when necessary;
Understand price rules and follow discount strategies;
Read, understand and follow all company’s notices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
Report any unusual or request issues to a direct manager;
Maintain a clean and neat inspection area;
Other tasks assigned by a direct manager or board of Directors;
Job Requirements
Graduate from High school/university degree in Accounting/Insurance
Have experience working as a retail and sales cashier;
Dynamic, capable of processing information quickly;
Strong communication and time management skills;
Customer satisfaction-oriented;
Meticulously, computational and sales skills;
Important: YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
English fluency is an advantage
Proficient in PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, card payment terminals);
Good at Excel/ Giỏi về Excel.
