Virtual Clinic Manager cum Mobile App Product Owner

Job Purpose: Own and manage all mobile app developments, manage the Telemedicine and App Related business lines and effectively own and deliver the related P&L and ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Telemedicine and app-related product P&L, ensure high ROI and KPI delivery of these businesses;
• Collaborate closely with Clinic Managers, BD & Customer Service Teams, Medical teams and other operation and supporting teams to deliver the products and services to customers while ensuring the highest levels of Customer Satisfaction;
• Coordinate with Partners to deliver services for customers of such partners via our platforms and work on operations and platform connectivity projects;
• Develop and understand customer insights and do the business analysis of all opportunities in terms of application, including existing and new products, services & features;
• Create, prioritize and monitor all mobile applications developments including existing and new products and features;
• Owner and monitor closely about status and development KPI of each period of application development until go live;
• Responsible for whole process mapping, final SOP creation and implementation of any application from working with IT, Customer Service, Clinic Managers, Medical teams, Marketing & BD teams and other departments until go-live of new products, services and features;
• Do the Strategic Planning, Marketing and BD planning for all kinds of Telemedicine and app-related products & services and work with the Marketing, BD and other teams to execute such plans internally and externally;
• Create and generate all relevant business and app-related reports, metrics and KPIs and provide periodic reports to BOD;
• Work with all related external partnerships to explore all opportunities of telemedicine and application;
• Other assigned tasks from BOD if any;

• University Graduate relating to business administration, economics, foreign trade, Business IT or others;
• Experience in:
  • Developing Apps and Digital Products;
  • Experience in driving P&L of Apps and Digital Products & Services, while ensuring high ROI;
  • Work experience at hospitals, clinics, insurance or healthcare in general is an advantage;
• Strategic thinking and business acumen;
• Effective leadership and high job ownership spirit;
• Have excellent attention to detail to ensure all details are done correctly in the tasks you perform;
• Customer Service mindset and skills;
• Analytical Skills: It is necessary to find the direction of solving the daily shortcomings and to come up with the highest ROI products and features;
• Use English fluently, flexibly;
• Proficient in office computer: Ms Office, Ms Excel, AI or advanced IT infrastructure;
• Understands UX & UI design;
• Understands basic IT tools for App development and database management;
• Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized;
• Ability to work independently, actively as well as in a team. Have the skill to work in a Matrix system in an Agile way to get things done;
• Ability to work under high pressure;
• Outgoing personality and self-motivated.
