Coordinate with FO in taking care, answering questions, supporting and improving customer satisfaction.
Perform some other tasks as assigned by CS Leader
Job Requirements
College Degree or above.
Experience in the Medical or HealthCare Industry is ideal.
Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center.
Excellent Customer Service.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction oriented.
Good communication in English (MUST)
Have knowledge in Sales skills.
