Job Description

  • Learn, capture customer needs, and successfully consult Careplus products and services through reception channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo….
  • Handling customer complaints related to Careplus products and services
  • Caring, supporting customers & contributing to improving service quality at the Clinic
  • Mastering the operation process, understanding Careplus products and services
  • Understand the marketing programs, examination packages, and affiliate programs with banks, and insurance companies...
  • Learn, consult, capture & book appointments for Customers including Corporate & Retail customers
  • Coordinate with FO in taking care, answering questions, supporting and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Perform some other tasks as assigned by CS Leader

Job Requirements

  • College Degree or above.
  • Experience in the Medical or HealthCare Industry is ideal.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction oriented.
  • Good communication in English (MUST)
  • Have knowledge in Sales skills.
