Health Check Nurse Team Leader

• Set up the work schedule for the health check team in accordance with the peak season health check schedule;
• Establish strict records management processes, limit the mistake of manual errors;
• Follow the schedule of work to take blood outside the clinic of team;
• Plan to track the return of records for the company on schedule;
• Evaluate and estimate the workload to propose personnel for doctor, nurse and receptionist as necessary;
• Planning for deployment and operating health checkup process outside the clinic;
• Interaction with the company personnel to survey the location and flexible coordination during health checkup process outside the clinic;
• Evaluate the capacity of each employee in the team to distribute the work in accordance with the capacity;
• Resolve situations or incidents of errors;
• Care, find out about the wishes of patients according to the high standard of patient care standards;
• Identify patient support and care requirements;
• Provide instructions to the patient when necessary;
• Complete the report summary for corporate customers;
• Synthesize foresee consumables, stationery used for the Health checkup group;
• Train and guide employees in the new nursing techniques;
• Maintain relationships with health care groups by exchanging regular information, timely intervention when problems occur;
• Establish a friendly working environment with co-workers and patients;

Qualifications

• Have a professional qualification & practicing certificates in Nursing;
• 2-5 year of experience in the equivalent position;
