Whether excessive instant noodle consumption can cause cancer or not

Noodles are made from starch and be dried to become food. Consuming too much instant noddle, the body will shortage fiber, minerals, and vitamins. You should use only 1-2 packs per week. People having a poor digestive system should not eat.

Currently, there is no research that claims that eating a lot of instant noodles will cause stomach cancer. However, a diet contains high in grease, salt, and hot will increase the risk of disease.

The cause of stomach cancer includes:

  • Bad eating habit: food contain a lot of salt, keeping salt-soaked, fermented.
  • Eat smoked and grilled meats.
  • Eat food contaminated with toxic chemicals.
  • Smoke.
  • Fat.
  • Infection with the HP virus is associated with other risk factors
