3. Notes for parents before signing up for the package
- Applicable objects: The vaccination package is applicable to infants from birth to 15 weeks old maximum (as the first dose of Rotavirus vaccine cannot be given later than 15 weeks - according to CDC);
- Validity period: The vaccination package is valid from the date of activation until the baby is six (06) months old.
In some cases, the child cannot come to have full vaccinations during the validity period, CarePlus applies an extension of one (01) month. After this time, if not done, the package will be automatically canceled. - Working hours for immunization service at CarePlus:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
- Sunday: 8:00 - 12:00
- Customers can change the place to use the service between CarePlus branches;
- It's not impossible for customers to get a refund under any circumstances;
- In case customers use additional services outside the package, please pay according to the price list at the clinic.
