Crush 4 - 5 garlic cloves, mix the honey, bring it in a water bath until you smell the pungent smell (don't need to be too gritty). Cool, drink 2-3 times/day, each time 1-2 teaspoons. Honey steamed with garlic increases the natural antibiotic properties, reduces sore throat, increases resistance, and cures cough.

4. Get enough sleep: Due to the discomfort and pain of infections, you may find it difficult to fall asleep. But try to get enough sleep because sleep helps your body recover and maintain a good immune system.

5. Keep warm: Keep your body warm, especially in the neck area to avoid cold infections. Wear thick clothing, mask and always wear a scarf in cold air. Especially when traveling in places like Da Lat, Sa Pa you should pay attention not to go outdoor when the temperature dropping too low.

If you have a sore throat, stick to this method to improve your condition for up to a week.

7. Stop smoking (if applicable): Quitting smoking will help reduce irritation of your throat and increase resistance
