We have started offering the new healthcare teleconsultation service for some specialties. The others will be expanded in the upcoming time. The specialties are including:

• Pediatrics Nutrition: intensive nutrition counseling for children
• Internal medicine: hypertension, diabetes, Asthma, COPD, myalgia, headache, and chronic diseases,…
• Cardiology: coronary heart disease, heart failure, patients who have a stent placed,...
• Gynecology: gynecological infections, abnormal vaginal discharge, dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, questions related to the conception and the preparation for pregnancy, occlusion of milk rays...
• Dermatology: atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis (seborrheic dermatitis), chronic urticaria, contact dermatitis, acne, other skin diseases caused by infections, etc. 

Service fee: only from 250.000 vnđ (Cardiology service fee: 375.000 vnđ)

• 8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Saturday 

Who should make the healthcare teleconsultation service?

• Best suited for patients who had a comprehensive medical record at CarePlus and patients with chronic diseases that need to be re-examined to ensure ongoing treatment and to avoid the complications of drug discontinuation.
• For new patients who have never experienced CarePlus services before, our doctors need to review your specific medical record before making a decision.

Registration process:

• Step 1: Contact our free hotline 18006116 or inbox our Fanpage to make an appointment
• Step 2: CarePlus reconfirms your booking and gives you instructions on installing the ZOOM video application.
• Step 3: Make a payment by bank account or electronic wallet (Moca)
• Step 4: Doctors make a consultation via Zoom as your appointment time
• Step 5: Finish the service

PEDIATRICS HOME SERVICE

• 1 time for Pediatrician consultation at home
• 2-times for Pediatrician consultation via video within 2 weeks

Specifically:

• Our Pediatricians provide detailed consultation and personalized care for children of all ages, from infants to children and teenagers.
• Examination for acute and chronic diseases in children, including Nutrition, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, Ear-Nose-Throat, Hematology, etc. and other diseases.
• Immunization consultation, lab test results, and medicine usage consultation,…
• Effective treatment and minimize the use of antibiotics. Give parents instructions on how to take care of children at home

Service fee: 1.000.000 VNĐ

• FREE transportation fee for a distance under 10km
• Service fee for the second children: 800,000 VND (in the same family and at the same time)
