1. The service package is suitable and applied for customers who are approved for home isolation by the Department of Health

** The service package is not applied for customers who: 

  • Have an unstable underlying medical condition, or have other risk factors for aggravation that CarePlus doctors self-assess and deems unsafe to participate in follow-up.
  • No home monitoring equipment: thermometer, SpO2.

2. Details of the service package

- Customers will be able to conduct 7 teleconsultation visits in 8 days with specialist doctors via video. Each consultation is up to 10 minutes. Customers can flexibly call the number of calls per day based on their health status.

- Contents of the doctor's consultation include:

  • Instructions for recording body parameters (SpO2, temperature, breathing rate).
  • Educate customers on how to use tracking devices.
  • Follow-up instructions (every 6h, every 12h...) and record parameters to report when consulting remotely
  • Instructions and advice on warning symptoms: how to detect, what to do when detected.
  • Guidance on nutrition counseling and exercise during home isolation.
  • Instructions for using over-the-counter drugs if necessary: ​​antipyretic, vitamins
  • Answer questions and concerns related to COVID-19 during video calls.

3. Price of the service package

From the first telemedicine call, the doctor will decide whether the customer is accepted to the package or not, if the customer is not accepted, the clinic will not charge for this first consultation call. If the customer is accepted, the service fee is calculated as follows:

  • Package 1,750,000 VND (corresponding to 7 times of using consulting services in 8 days)
  • 1 time prepayment. No fee refund.
  • The package ends when the package time expires (8 days) or the number of calls is exhausted (7 times).
  • If you buy an additional package for people living in the same house with the price from the second package, you will receive a 20% discount.

Especially, customers using the package are given priority to arrange to take samples for RT-PCR test at home: VND 1,800,000/time/person and Antigen Rapid Test at home VND 450,000/time/person.

Note: The package price does not include drugs, medical monitoring equipment, and home testing. If there is a prescription, the Clinic will send the prescription through the pharmacy for the pharmacy to prescribe, collect the fee and send the medicine to the customer's place in Ho Chi Minh City, or will introduce a partner unit that also provides medical equipment to customers contact to buy or rent to use during the isolation period.

4. Limitation of CarePlus's liability in this service package

  • CarePlus only provides support services, helping people who are isolated at home know how to monitor signs and symptoms, help advise more living notes to ensure safety for people living in the house, help solve Answer questions as well as reassure psychological worries during the period of isolation at home.
  • We do not treat COVID-19 as prescribed by the Ministry of Health. Do not interfere with medical requirements, appoint tests according to regulations on reporting and declaration issued by the Ministry of Health and the local preventive medicine agency.
