The health station sets up a "health monitoring sheet of the person isolated at home based on the daily medical declaration information of the quarantined person via the "electronic medical declaration" application. Through the "health monitoring sheet" To capture symptomatic F0 cases, medical staff call/text to visit and screen for risk symptoms, promptly inform the rapid response team of the ward, commune, district.

The mobile medical team (under the medical station) visited the home of suspected cases of F0 belonging to high-risk groups in the area (the elderly alone, people with mental illness) to bring them to the hospital promptly.

4. Instructions for using home treatment prescriptions

Medicines for home treatment include: antipyretics, health-promoting drugs (vitamins, micronutrients, traditional medicine), antivirals and anti-inflammatory corticosteroids, and oral anticoagulants in Some situations have indications (especially antiretroviral drugs will have instructions for use when guided by the Ministry of Health).
