  21 milion people are infected with hepatitis B and C virus
  8 milion people are getting hepatitis, cirrhosis and liver cancer
  22.000 people died each year from liver cancer
  People in age group 5-14 years and 25-34 years are at high risk of infection. 
  60-200 million VND is the annual cost for a patient for hepatitis treatment.
