Frontend Developer (ReactJS, UI/UX, HTML, CSS)

• Architecture & Development: Design and build highly reusable React components; translate complex UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize page load speeds (Core Web Vitals), resolving rendering and memory issues within web applications.
• State Management: Architect robust state management systems using Redux (Saga/Toolkit), Context API, or React Query.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and write Unit Tests (Jest/React Testing Library) to ensure product stability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Backend team (RESTful/GraphQL API integration) and Product Designers to unify the user experience.

• Understanding of React Hooks, Lifecycles, Virtual DOM, and Server-side Rendering (Next.js is a plus).
• Good CSS skills: SCSS/SASS, Styled Components, or Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding in asynchronous programming (Async/Await) and real-time data handling via Web-Sockets.
• Experience with source control tools (GitLab/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and Frontend Design Patterns.
• Understanding Linux (Ubuntu) or macOS environments for development.
• At least 02 years of professional experience specializing in ReactJS and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (Mandatory) and Modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience in SEO optimization and Web Accessibility (WCAG)
• Bachelor degree in relevant majors;
• Experience in medical or hospital is an advantage
