Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operation;
Conduct the recruitment, training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the Corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfaction;
Be in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plans;
Provide daily nursing tasks at clinics and on-site
Take care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared for;
Build up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operations;
Ensure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;
Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developments
Take charge of internal and external reports;
Other tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD.
Job Requirements
At least 5-year experience in Nurse Team Leader position (Acting Head Nurse)
Proven experience in team formation and staffing for new operating branches
Bachelor degree in relevant majors
Effective communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
Knowledge of professional nursing theory, patient care and medical equipment and instruments;
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency/ hard situations;
Effective negotiation, influencing skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong people management & leadership skills
Be motivated and results driven;
Integrity and confidentiality.
