Among many special characters, Mr. Attila Vajda - CEO of CarePlus International Clinic will bring a different story - no longer merely sharing secrets or a successful entrepreneur's point of view. Through the opening of a new clinic branch, he wants to emphasize the importance of health in the health care industry, along with the desire to make clinics the first place of people’s choices.

Concentrate on customer’s experience

Mr. Attila Vajda, it is known that this year CarePlus has just opened the 3rd clinic in Ho Chi Minh City. Could you tell us more about this decision in a very special year?

Before opening, we considered a lot, but the most important thing that drove us to make a decision was our client, familiar customers. They always had the desire to visit a clinic in the central area where were more convenient. That why this 3rd branch is launched in the center of District 1, where everyone living in Ho Chi Minh City can come to CarePlus within 30 minutes.

Launching new branch during Covid-19 period, is this an appropriated decision, sir?

Actually, this is part of our long-term plan. Although there are many difficulties ahead, we have to make sure the plan running in time. Covid-19 brings many obstacles so that people gradually actively protect their health. In particular, to prevent infection, they become more cautious and afraid of going to crowded hospitals. That is also the reason that even in a special period, we launch new branch.

What has CarePlus been doing during this time to accompany the anti-epidemic community?

Times have changed, and everyone's lives have been affected as well. At CarePlus, we always put patient safety first. We have committed to following the epidemic prevention and control direction of the Ministry of Health. We have also made many changes to ensure the safety of our customers to easily adapt. Regularly, we organize many educational programs to raise awareness of disease prevention from lifestyle changes through events or workshops to make sure people understand the importance of protecting themselves.

It is known that you are both an investor and C.E.O of CarePlus. In these two roles, how have you oriented the operation of the clinic?

From day one, we have remained to our goal of providing high-quality healthcare service at a reasonable price. This is why we prioritize improving the quality of service instead of the number of customers. This helps us to balance and choose the right goals to realize our vision. This can also be seen as CarePlus's management style and corporate culture.

LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS IS KEY OF SUCCESS

In the future, what kind of CarePlus’s image do you expect?

I hope to see CarePlus develop more branches in HCMC. To do this, we have been designing many special services and facilities to build the foundation for the future. For example, we create a floor for women called Women's Health Center, a vivid and decorated pediatric area, and other specialties. All to ensure that the examination taking place comfortably and safely.

Besides, we are also trying to take advantage of the modern technology platform in customer supporting, tracking systems. When everyone thinks of CarePlus, they think of the first choice of a standard clinic with a committed reputation and excellent service quality.

So, in your opinion, what are the different advantages of CarePlus compared to others?

It is consistency and balance between service and totality to achieve the highest service quality and constantly reach new heights. We are not only strong in one aspect, but we want to harmonize all areas and provide the best possible experience.

What are your beliefs that Careplus will succeed in the future?

As an entrepreneur, you must have faith. And mine put into the connection between customer and CarePlus put them first and everything will go further. When customers are happy, there is the best way to branding your company.

What makes you most proud about Careplus?

So many things (smile)! I am a father, so whenever I see parent take their child to CarePlus to take care of their health, I feel very proud. There is nothing prouder when you are trusted and recognized. Besides, I am also extremely proud of the staff such as doctors, nurses, customer care departments, etc - who have joined hands to make things come true. With the good achievements, we are always grateful and humbled to continue our path.
