7-DAY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING & ANALYSIS A SCIENTIFIC SOLUTION TO BETTER UNDERSTAND YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH AT HOME

9/18/2025 8:51:40 AM

CarePlus offers a 7-day Home Blood Pressure Analysis service – a simple yet highly accurate solution to assess your cardiovascular condition right at home, while also detecting high blood pressure in time for early warning.

With this service, customers will receive a free blood pressure monitor and detailed instructions on how to measure blood pressure correctly over 7 days.

Why should you monitor blood pressure at home?

  1. Helps detect abnormal blood pressure early, even before an official diagnosis.
  2. Provides reliable data, more accurate than clinic measurements – which are often affected by anxiety (“white coat syndrome”).
  3. Supports evaluation of treatment effectiveness if you are taking antihypertensive medication – enabling your doctor to adjust dosage appropriately.
  4. Plays an important role in preventing stroke, heart attack, and cardiovascular complications – especially for those at high risk.

The 7-day home blood pressure measurement is very simple
Home blood pressure is the average of all readings taken.

  1. Measure blood pressure twice a day (morning & evening) for at least 7 consecutive days, following medical guidelines and doctor’s instructions.
  2. Use an Omron Bluetooth blood pressure monitor, connected to the CarePlus App for automatic data storage and analysis.
  3. Receive detailed instructions on correct measurement techniques via video and visual guides.
  4. Directly chat with a cardiac assistant if you have any questions during the process.

After 7 days, you will receive

  • A detailed blood pressure analysis report, based on European Society of Cardiology standards.
  • A one-on-one, in-depth consultation with a cardiology specialist.

Who should use this service?

  • Cases with “white coat hypertension”
  • Stage 1 hypertension at clinic readings (from 140/90 mmHg)
  • Elevated clinic blood pressure without organ damage

Common cases of masked hypertension

  • High-normal clinic BP (<130–139 / 85–89 mmHg)
  • Normal clinic BP (<130/80 mmHg) in patients with organ damage or high cardiovascular risk
  • Orthostatic or post-meal hypotension (with or without treatment)
  • Evaluation of resistant hypertension management
