Ms. Nguyễn Đức Như Thủy, MA - Head of CarePlus Mental Health 

Ms. Nguyễn Đức Như Thủy is an Art Therapist with qualification trained in Art Therapy in Singapore and London, UK. She is a professional member of the  The Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA) . 

Ms. Nguyễn Đức Như Thuỷ holds certifications from domestic and international organizations such as Suicide Prevention and Intervention from LivingWorks (Australia), Autism Spectrum Disorder Screening for Children from APPEA (France), Clinical Supervision Certification through Art Therapy Tools from ANZACATA (Australia),... She, she has had 5 years of experience in individual and group psychological intervention in schools, care centers, and business consulting programs.

Ms. Võ Thị Ngọc Hân 

Psychological Specialist 

Ms. Võ Thị Ngọc Hân is a psychological counselor with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in the field of mental health. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychotherapy from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, HCMC) and is currently completing her Master’s in Psychology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. 

With over 7 years of experience in forensic psychology and more than 3 years supporting individuals facing reproductive and fertility-related mental health challenges, Ms. Hân integrates an attachment-based therapeutic approach to help clients navigate psychological difficulties while developing adaptive and resilient coping mechanisms. 

She is dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive counseling environment that honors each individual's unique needs—especially those from vulnerable or marginalized backgrounds. 

Target clients: Adults aged 18 and above. 
Counseling issues: Stress, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance addiction, behavioral issues, sleep disturbances, psychological crises, loss of direction, and issues related to abuse or sexual assault (including victims, perpetrators, or witnesses), as well as reproductive and fertility-related psychological challenges. 

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thuỳ Linh graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Ms. Thuy Linh has over 3,900 hours of supervised practice in individual psychotherapy and has completed numerous advanced training courses in psychological therapy methods, such as the "Advanced Art Therapy" course (Ulm University, Germany, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities) and "Emotion-Focused Therapy."

Psychological Specialist, Dance/Movement Therapist 

Ms. Bùi Tuyết Minh is a psychological specialist specializing in dance/movement therapy. She holds a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Sarah Lawrence College, New York (Fulbright Scholarship - U.S. Government, 2015). With over 12 years of experience in Sahaja Yoga meditation, she is also the Founder and Director of VDMT - Dance/Movement Therapy Vietnam. 

Since 2015, she has been a pioneer in developing dance/movement therapy in Vietnam. She has organized and led numerous projects using art to support special populations, working with a diverse range of individuals in the U.S., Vietnam, and other Asian countries, including veterans, children with multiple disabilities/autism, victims of domestic violence, and youth facing psychological trauma and relational conflicts. 

In the U.S., she worked at Menorah Hospital and Nursing Home in New York, providing therapy for elderly patients with dementia, veterans, and children with autism and mobility impairments in New York and New Jersey. In 2023, Ms. Tuyết Minh served as a Mental Health Advisor at the World Bank. In Vietnam, she has experience working with students and young people dealing with depression, psychological trauma, as well as women and girls who have experienced abuse. 

For her, art therapy is a safe and humane approach, and she is committed to using movement and art as methods for prevention and mental health care. Ms. Minh believes her strengths lie in “thoughtful listening and observing movement and nonverbal communication, along with intuition and sensitivity in movement, allowing me to connect and communicate with compassion and creativity to encourage and maximize the strengths of my clients and those I interact with.”

Ms. Hồ Thị Việt Nga 

Psychological Specialist 

Ms. Hồ Thị Việt Nga is a psychological counselor with a solid academic background and diverse hands-on experience in mental health care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, and a Master's degree in Psychological Sciences from the University of Wolverhampton, United Kingdom. 

In addition to her formal education, Ms. Nga has completed numerous intensive training programs in the field of psychotherapy from reputable institutions, including: Advanced Counseling Skills (EPP & Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine), Crisis Intervention (Viet An Center), Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (Viet An Center), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (PESI & Evergreen), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Viet An Center), Existential Therapy (Viet An Center), Systemic Therapy (Tam Nhung Center), Suicide Prevention (REACH), Cognitive Remediation Therapy in Clinical Psychology (EPP & Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine), Mindfulness in Clinical Psychology (EPP & Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine), and Perinatal Psychology (EPP & Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine).

Dr. Nguyễn Đức Nhật 
Psychological Specialist 

Dr. Nguyễn Đức Nhật is the co-founder, strategic director, clinical supervisor, and senior therapist at Touching Soul Center – a reputable psychological therapy center in Ho Chi Minh City. He earned his Ph.D. in Counseling and Supervision from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, and his Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from John Carroll University, Ohio, USA. His research focuses on the impact of gender stereotypes and biases on help-seeking behaviors in men, the development of the psychology profession in Vietnam, and multicultural issues in mental health care. 

Dr. Đức Nhật holds a professional counseling license in the state of Ohio, USA. His strength lies in combining evidence-based therapies through an existential, mindfulness, and self-compassionate approach to psychological treatment, aiming to activate the client's internal resources for a healthy and meaningful life. Alongside his practice and research, Dr. Nhật has extensive experience in corporate training and teaching clinical counseling in a multicultural environment. In addition to his professional work, he is a translator of personal development and mental health books. He is also a strong supporter of the gender equality movement and an ally to marginalized groups such as the LGBTQ+ community. 

Target clients: Individuals aged 12 and above, adults, couples, and families. Bilingual counseling in English and Vietnamese is available.

Ms. Bùi Hải Nguyên 

Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA®) 

Ms. Bùi Hải Nguyên graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo (SUNY, USA) and a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Monash University, Australia. 

She has obtained the BCaBA® certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the USA. With 6 years of experience, she specializes in assessment and intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting parents throughout the intervention process, and providing training for caregivers. 

Approach: Supporting parents through consulting and parenting. 

Target clients: Parents and families with children under 8 years old. 

Areas of Work: Assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech delays, and related developmental disorders; counselling and training for parents on child-rearing, discipline, active listening, and engagement with their children. 

Ms. Chung Ngọc Thiên Thanh graduated with a master's degree in psychology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. The specialist is also a B Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in the United States. 

Additionally, the specialist holds a "Application of Psychoanalysis in Clinical Psychology" certification from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities. With 6 years of experience in psychotherapy and individual psychological therapy, particularly with a focus on psychoanalysis, the specialist has over 1,000 hours of practical, supervised work with children facing developmental disorders.

Approach: Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Systemic Family Therapy, John Gottman’s Couple Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches

Psychological Specialist 

Mr.  Võ Hoàng Minh Thiện graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Van Hien University and currently works at Ho Chi Minh City Mental Health Hospital. 

He has experience working with adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges and conducts psychological assessments. Additionally, he evaluates cognitive abilities and mental functioning using various clinical tools, including projective assessments and personality evaluation instruments. 

Approach: Systemic Therapy and Family Therapy

Psychatrist, Psychological Specialist 

Dr. Lê Ngọc Phương Uyên has seven years of experience working in hospital and clinic settings focused on mental health. In addition to her role as a psychiatrist, she collaborates as a counselor at several private psychology offices. 

Dr. Uyên has completed a course in Systemic and Family Therapy offered by Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in collaboration with Louvain University in Belgium. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. 

Approach: Client-Centered Therapy, Systemic and Family Therapy. 

Target Clients: Adolescents and Adults.

Ms. Đặng Huỳnh Như Ý 

Ms. Đặng Huỳnh Như Ý graduated with a major in Clinical Psychology from Hoa Sen University. She is a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS). She has completed training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and has experience collaborating with counselling centres and universities. She has managed and coordinated counselling cases, provided immediate psychological support to individuals, and supported scientific research. 

Approach: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with principles of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion 

Target clients: Individuals aged 16 – 30 

Counselling issues: Exploring life direction, developing personal resilience, changing procrastination habits, poor adaptability, lack of motivation, emotional issues (easily emotional, anger, stress, anxiety), difficulties in communication, and relationships.
