1. When will children are allowed health monitoring at home if having Covid-19
Case with NO SYMPTOMS, NO RISK FACTORS (underlying disease, obesity) quarantined at home for 14 days.
Being treated at HEALTH FACILITY, NO SYMPTOMS, eligible to be discharged on day 7, continue to be monitored at home for 14 days.
People who interact closely with positive cases or live in high-risk area
2. Teleconsultant for Covid-19 children quarantined at home Service
The teleconsultant with doctor happens within 15 minutes via video call

- Suggestions on the arrangement of living areas if quarantined at home
- Advice on personal hygiene and disinfection of utensils
- Advice on how to use SpO2 machine, electronic thermometer, how to count breathing
- Counseling on the use of drugs to treat chronic diseases (if any)
- Advice on the use of non-prescription drugs: antipyretic drugs, vitamins
- Advice on danger warning signs
- Nutrition counseling, rehydration - electrolytes
- Exercise and fitness consulting
- Advice on how to avoid infecting family members

3. Method & Process
Format: Customers can make Calls or Video Calls via ZALO or ZOOM (customers choose the most suitable form)
Consultation time: Parents choose a suitable time from 8:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday
Registration process:
- Step 1: Press BUY NOW or contact our free hotline 18006116 or inbox our Fanpage to make an appointment
- Step 2: CarePlus reconfirms your booking and give instruction to making the call
- Step 3: Make online payment by bank account or electronic wallet (Moca)
- Step 4: Doctors make a consultation following your appointment time
- Step 5: Finish the service
In case customers register on Saturday (after 17:00) and Sunday, CarePlus will call to confirm your booking for the next Monday.
