A. REGISTER INFORMATION AND RECEIVE A HOME TEST KIT
1. Customers register and fill out an information form (via App or Google)
2. Based on the information on the form, the clinic will send a test kit and a self-sampling instruction sheet to the customer's home
3. After taking the sample, the customer will send the sample to the clinic for testing
B. TESTING (The specimen is first-catch urine).

1. This examination package includes only the sexually transmitted infections (STIs) listed above (urine samples). If the patient requires additional STD tests such as HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, or C (blood samples), they must register for an at-home blood collection service or visit the clinic directly.
2. This package includes testing and consultation on the results but does not cover treatment (prescription) if any abnormalities are found.
- If the test results indicate any abnormalities, our doctor will assess the customer's condition and determine whether a visit to the clinic for specialized health consultation is necessary.
- In the event that the patient returns to the clinic for a consultation with the dermatologist, the consultation fee will be waived, but the patient will need to cover the cost of any prescribed medication.
