3. Detailed Components of Package 2: 

• The above price list is applicable from March 26, 2026. 

• CarePlus selects imported vaccines from reputable, globally recognized manufacturers that have been proven for effectiveness and safety. 

• All vaccines in the vaccination system are strictly stored in accordance with the recommendations of the Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC). 

4. Important Notes 

• Eligible subjects: The vaccination package is applicable for infants from birth up to a maximum of 15 weeks old (as Rotarix is only indicated for infants up to 15 weeks old – according to CDC);  

• Package validity period: From when the baby turns two (02) months old (start of vaccination schedule) until under twelve (12) months old. The package can be extended for a maximum of one (01) month;  

• CarePlus working hours for Vaccination services: 
  Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 
  Sunday morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM  

• Customers can change the service location among CarePlus clinics within the system;  

• CarePlus does not provide refunds under any circumstances;  

• In case customers use additional services outside the package, please proceed with payment according to the listed service prices at the clinic;
