When it comes to common respiratory diseases in children, parents think that this is the only illness in rainy or cold season, or in transitional time.
However, the humidity in the air increases in the summer, while children have more physical activities such as swimming, traveling...in this season. Therefore, this sudden change makes children inadequate adaptation and facilitate the spread of bacteria and viruses.
Moreover, summer is also the time in which air-condition is used a lot. That's one of causes which dries mucus in any nose, especially for children.
So...How to help children have a healthy summer without worrying about respiratory diseases???
