Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding support.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely recruitment updates.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding activities, career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 2 year of recruitment experience.
  • English communication is an advantage.
  • 6 months temporary contract
