Ultraviolet rays uva uvb uvc in the sun (or shade) cause many dangerous problems such as melanoma, cataracts, weakened immune system... If no effective preventive measures are taken, the rays Ultraviolet can cause 7 health consequences as follows:

Ultraviolet rays cause skin cancer
Unsafe UV exposure is a leading factor in skin cancer.
Non-melanoma skin cancers are less deadly, but they can spread throughout the body, causing disfigurement and serious health effects if left untreated.

Malignant tumor
75% of skin cancer deaths are due to melanoma. UV exposure and a history of sunburn in childhood are common predisposing factors. Besides, genetic factors, a weakened immune system can also cause skin cancer.

Basal cell skin cancer
Basal cell carcinoma usually occurs on the head and neck but can occur in other areas of the skin as well. Basal cell carcinoma grows slowly, rarely spreading to other organs.

Squamous cell carcinoma
UV damage causes the appearance of tumors in the form of moles or red scaly spots. This form of cancer can develop into a large tumor. Unlike basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma can spread to other parts of the body.

Ultraviolet rays cause premature skin aging
Premature skin aging will manifest after a period of silent exposure to UVA rays (ultraviolet rays with long wavelengths, penetrating fabrics, glass windows and affecting the skin). Normal skin aging is a natural law, but up to 90% of people with premature skin aging are caused by the effects of ultraviolet rays and sunlight. With proper protection against UV rays, most premature skin aging can be avoided.

Ultraviolet rays cause cataracts and eye damage
Cataracts are a type of eye damage in which the lens loses its transparency. If left untreated, cataracts can lead to blindness. Studies show that UV radiation increases the likelihood of cataracts.
The harmful effects of ultraviolet rays on humans also cause other eye damage such as pterygium, skin cancer around the eyelids, macular degeneration.

Weakened immune system
Overexposure to UV rays can suppress the beneficial functioning of the body's immune system and affect the skin's natural defenses, scientists have found. The skin will activate the defense system against harmful external agents such as cancer, infection. However, if you are over-exposed to ultraviolet rays, the immune system can be weakened, reducing the body's ability to protect against "enemies" from the outside.
