1. Bring Your Own Ballpoint Pen

To declare necessary information, limit the use of shared ballpoint pens at test points.

2. Bring a spare mask

Change masks when necessary, limit the use of shows outside of test points.

3. Wear antibacterial spray

Continuous disinfection, especially when accidentally touching chairs or furniture in the sampling area

4. Bring a clean tissue

If you are sensitive, the test will cause discomfort in the nose area and quickly lead to sneezing or watery eyes. At that time, use a tissue instead of wiping your eyes and nose with your hand.

5. Disinfect and change clothes when coming home

Wash your eyes, nose, gargle immediately with saltwater or antiseptic water. Shower from head to toe and change clothes, wash clothes with hot water, and dry in the sun right after.

6. Keep calm and relaxed

Always keep your mind relaxed and calm. Keeping the body simply will not feel uncomfortable.
