Plan & supervise the work of the nurses for ensuring the smooth operation;
Conduct the training, coaching for the nurses in nurse skills and job guidance in alignment with the Corporate standard to meet customer’s satisfaction;
Be in charge of development the nurse’s career goal to meet the Company objectives and plans;
Provide advice for the nurses and solve problem related to nursing team at clinics;
Provide daily nursing tasks at clinics and on-site;
Take care of patients, build relationship with them and ensure that they are well cared for;
Build up and control work flows to in line with the clinic operations;
Ensure the medical equipments are managed and maintained, the medical supplies are controlled well;
Coodinate and support Font office, Doctor team and other teams in clinic operations and developments;
Take charge of internal and external reports;
Other tasks as required by Line Manager/ BOD.
Yêu cầu
At least 5-year experience in Nursing;
Bachelor degree in relevant majors;
Knowledge of professional nursing theory, patient care and medical equipment and instruments;
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency/ hard situations;
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English);
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Strong people management & leadership skills;
Be motivated and results driven;
Integrity and confidentiality.
