SPOT-MAS10 RESULT DELIVERY PROCESS AND SUPPORT POLICY FROM GENE SOLUTIONS
1. Blood Sample Collection
Blood is drawn from the vein a simple, safe, and non-invasive procedure that takes about 5–10 minutes.
Samples are preserved, anonymized, and transported following standardized protocols to Gene Solutions’ certified laboratories, ensuring integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
2. Sample Analysis and Data Processing
Samples are analyzed using Illumina Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technology, combined with multi-omics integration and AI-based bioinformatics analysis.
The entire testing process is conducted under strict quality control to guarantee high precision and reliability.
3. Result Reporting and Consultation
Results are typically available within 15–20 working days from the date of sample collection.
CarePlus physicians, in collaboration with Gene Solutions genetic experts, will provide detailed result interpretation, including:
- The cancer risk level detected by SPOT-MAS10
- Recommended additional screening or imaging studies
- A personalized follow-up and health monitoring plan
4. Periodic Follow-Up
Regular re-testing is recommended to monitor dynamic changes in circulating tumor DNA, especially in individuals with elevated cancer risk.
SPOT-MAS10 results should be integrated with conventional cancer screening methods to optimize early detection and minimize the risk of missed lesions.

Gene Solutions commits to accompanying customers’ health management for 12 months from the date of result issuance.
If a primary cancer is later diagnosed within the organs covered by the SPOT-MAS10 test, Gene Solutions will support medical expenses up to 25,000,000VND.
BORDERLINE (2 ≤ Z-score < 3): FREE OF CHARGE
A free repeat SPOT-MAS10 test will be provided within 6 months.
POSITIVE (Z-score > 3): 6,000,000VND
Customers will receive medical consultation and financial support up to 6,000,000 VND to cover advanced diagnostic procedures such as imaging and histopathological biopsy.
