    Job Description

    • Identify, connect with, and develop referral partnerships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers that serve suitable patient groups.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to increase patient referrals.
    • Introduce and promote CarePlus healthcare services to partners while collaborating to deliver the best patient experience.
    • Drive referral sales growth by expanding the partner network and identifying new business opportunities.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare providers.
    • Experience promoting or selling healthcare products or services; OTC/ETC pharmaceutical sales experience is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated with a strong business development mindset and passion for partnership development.
    • Results-driven, able to work independently, and motivated to increase income through performance.
