Common respiratory diseases include: acute bronchitis, pneumonia caused by bacteria and viruses; bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, pleural effusion, pulmonary tuberculosis. These diseases account for about 80% of respiratory diseases, besides, there are many other respiratory diseases but account for a lesser proportion, such as: bronchiectasis, interstitial pneumonia, pneumonitis, lung diseases in systemic, endocrine, musculoskeletal, kidney, etc. Most respiratory diseases have symptoms such as cough, sputum production, chest pain or shortness of breath, depending on the specific pathology that the symptoms may have different manifestations. Therefore, do not hesitate to visit a specialist if there are any abnormal symptoms related to breathing to be detected early and have a timely treatment plan.

Consulting Schedule: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Saturday

Who should take telemedicine service?

  • Patients who have medical record and need to ensure continuous treatment and monitoring avoiding complications of medicince discontinuation.
  • New patients who have never used CarePlus services, doctors will review specific medical records before deciding to make consultation.

Simple registration process:

  • Step 1: Please download CarePlus Vietnam app: Link IOS / Android:

  • Step 2: Customers should follow the easy instructions to create an account and schedule a quick appointment with the "Telemedicine."

  • Step 3: The CarePlus customer care team will accept customer appointments and make arrangements to contact a doctor.

Note:In case of a tight schedule, CarePlus will suggest a new appointment or change the doctor according to the customer's approval.

  • Step 4: Customers can make secure online payments through multiple payment gateway integrations like cards,net banking...

  • Step 5: Customer start the video call with doctor on the app

  • Step 6: The customer receives the medical record and, if applicable, the prescription after the call is finished in the "Health Records" section.
