Job Description

  • Maintain relationships with the claims team of insurance partners and expand the network of insurance partners to include non-life insurance (healthcare insurance) and life insurance-related services.
  • Build and co-organize various activities and programs with life insurance partners to contribute to the development of the company's brand and increase the number of customers via the insurance channel.
  • Manage directly the Cashier team Paying through the insurance company at the branch clinic.
  • Update new processes and regulations from insurance partners to ensure that the team of Cashiers - Insurance Payers provides advice, and quick payment operations, in accordance with the process of each insurance company on the internal storage system.
  • Professional periodic training and insurance reimbursement procedures for old and new employees.
  • Keep track of KPIs of revenue and liability of the Insurance Department; Collect & reconcile liabilities, making statistics and reporting on the sales of payment through the insurance company on a weekly and monthly basis; Manage overdue date amount
  • Understand all claim processes of non-life insurance to in charge and solve all issues of claim documents raised in 3 clinics daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Combine with insurance partners to explain the benefits; Consult and settle arising questions and complaints (if any) related to insurance payment for customers. In charge and solve all issues of claim documents.
  • Propose and implement activities of customer care policy for insurance payment.
  • Evaluate the working efficiency and transparency of employees making payments through the insurance company.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University majoring in Insurance, Finance, Banking or related fields;
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to manage, lead and support employees
  • English fluency is an advantage;
  • Proficient in Microsoft office knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, card payment terminals);
  • Good at Excel.
