Recruitment & Employer branding
In charge of employer branding, recruitment campus;
Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events;
Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing, job offer... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
Control department headcounts and recruitment budget.
Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding
Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
Take in charge of Induction Program to facilitate Company employment integration;
Others:
Support HR Manager in HR activities and projects;
Perform any other HR related tasks as required by HR Manager.
Yêu cầu
At least 2-year experience in Internal Communication, Recruitment Consultant positions in foreign Companies;
Bachelor degree in relevant majors;
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills ( both Vietnamese and English);
Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects;
Be motivated and results driven;
Integrity and confidentiality.
