To bring your comfort as much as we can also ensure the clinic safety, Covid-19 screening test will be adjusted according to Safety Process which is flexible screening in the morning and increase safety from the afternoon.

A. REOPEN ALL SERVICES AND NORMAL WORKING TIME AT ALL BRANCHES
- From October 11, reopening all services at Tan Binh and District 7 clinics from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- From October 17, reopening Pediatrics, Laboratory, and Covid-19 testing services at Tan Binh and District 7 clinics from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.
- From October 18, reopening all services at District 1 clinic from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m, Monday to Saturday.
B. SAFETY PROCESS & WORKING HOURS
1. Customers can enter the clinic without the Covid-19 test.
1.1 Conditions to enter without Covid-19 test?
- No symptoms and have a green pass: meaning have full vaccination - Two COVID-19 vaccine doses with the second dose date occurring a minimum of 14 days prior to the clinic visit.
- OR COVID-19 Recovery documented in the last 6 months, as issued by the authorities. We can accept both the PC-Covid App and original documents as proof of green status.
- The valid COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours (accept from another clinic/hospital)
Note: These patients still have to fill up health declarations and practice good social distancing and COVID-19 prevention measures. Children without symptoms will be accepted based on their parent’s green pass status.
1.2 Customers whom still have to do the Covid-19 test?
All other customers not qualifying for the above requirements (i.e. have any symptoms or no green pass) still need to get tested to enter and can enter with valid test results.
2. Working hours:
- From 13h30 to 17h00 from Monday to Saturday at all branches
- From 8:00 to 12:00 noon on Sundays in Tan Binh and D
