Mô tả công việc

  • Grasp the operation process, understand Careplus products and services 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing programs, examination packages, affiliate programs with banks, insurance companies...
  • Learn, consult, capture & book appointments for Customers including Corporate & Retail customers through channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo….
  • Coordinate with Front Office in taking care, answering questions, supporting, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer complaints related to Careplus products and services.
  • Caring, supporting customers & contributing to improving service quality at the Clinic.
  • Perform some other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Leader.

Yêu cầu

  • College Degree or above;
  • Experience in the Medical or Healthcare Industry is ideal;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center;
  • Excellent Customer Service;
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction-oriented;
  • Good Sales skills;
  • Computer literate, familiar with online booking, social media, or mobile apps;
  • Proficient in English is a plus;
  • Important: YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
