Job Description
Closely collaborate with all departments and stakeholders to analyse business requirements, processes and translate them into solution requirements, business specifications and technical specifications for IT project implementation (i.e. Website, Mobile App, HIS, CRM, Intranet, etc).
Directly monitor and understand the code of various solutions in order to upgrade current software products at CarePlus (website, mobile app, HIS, …).
Improve UI/UX, Speed, (SEO capability) of websites, App, HIS and other software solutions.
Work on integrated payment solutions for website, app, etc.
Monitor and manage the development projects with the internal team and external vendors for new solutions and products (i.e. new websites, applications, etc). Ensure such projects are delivered on time and within budget.
To work closely with a designer for UI/UX prototypes.
Periodically review all security features of all products in order to ensure that all CarePlus applications run with the highest possible security features.
Perform the role of Quality Assurance during the coding, testing and deployment process.
Ensure that any change from original specifications is well documented in the final product’s documentation.
Work closely with marketing, internal communication teams for new function launches.
Work closely on the preparation of internal and external training materials related to the new applications, functions based on the final product documentation.
Job Requirements
Having experience in resolving issues and training staff.
Can work independently under pressure.
Must have deep experience in doing secure websites, apps, etc. so must have a proven track record of work and training in security aspects of web and app development.
Must have deep experience in React JS, React Native, ASP.Net, C#, C++, PHP...
Must have deep experience in database such as MySQL, MSSQL, Mongodb,…
Having experience in project management, team management and working with various IT vendors.
Having experience in business analysis.
