Consulting health packages to customers on social media, such as: fanpage, landing page,
zalo…;
Receiving potential customer databases, identifying customer needs and introducing the health package that meets customer needs;
Support customers to make an advance booking;
Cooperate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service;
Report to line manager and other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Graduated from High school/College/University;
Age: from 22 years old to 28 years old;
At least 1-year experience in sales, telesales and customer service, applicants with experience in the medical is an advantage;
Good communication;
Clear and inspiring voice;
Active listening;
Problem-solving skill;
Good customer service mindset;
Always ready to learn and complete yourself;
Teamwork or work independently;
Office computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word..;
Honesty, solidarity, active, positive.
